DANCEmandala is a free form movement & stillness meditation that takes you through different aspects of body, senses, emotions, witnessing, heart and beyond.

I guide you with suggestions that follow a specific pattern, but you are absolutely free to move and express yourself in any way you please throughout the session.

Music will be ranging over the whole spectrum from very intense to very slow & still.

Come with your passion to move and your openness to meditate!


For me, DANCEmandala has been an opening to dive deeper into dance as a holistic self healing practice.

DANCEmandala has strengthen my sense of what embodiment means. I have a greater experience that I can activate any quality in my system through intentional awareness and movement.

For me, this framework for free form dance meditation has been very deep & meaningful. I am very happy to share it with you!
