Level 2 Online Training Program
About the Program
An immersive journey for all DANCEmandala Level 1 and 2 graduates and facilitators. This course offers a deepened practice to prepare for Level 3 Facilitator certification and program directorship, or simply to reconnect with dance as a meditative practice that nurtures inner growth and spiritual transformation.
After enrolment, you will receive the Zoom link and get access to the course space to engage with course materials and connect with others in the DANCEmandala community.
Program Features
Six Comprehensive Modules
Expands and inspires your ‘dance as medicine and spiritual growth’ with these thoughtfully designed modules. Each builds upon the last, offering a progressive clarity and experience that deepens your understanding and practice of DANCEmandala.
Live (on line) Meetings with Areeradh
Engage directly with Areeradh and your training group in six live online sessions, providing invaluable space of sharing insights and personalized guidance throughout your immersion journey.
Weekly Practice (live online or replay)
Participate in live weekly practice sessions, allowing you to integrate new learnings and maintain a consistent practice rhythm. Access to on-demand recordings ensures you can revisit sessions at your convenience. This is part of the Root Flow Rise portal. Learn more about Root Flow Rise program

Cost: £580 one-time payment OR £58 x 10 monthly payment

Cost for a Root Flow Rise member
Cost for a graduate of L1 who already paid for the year of RFR is £350.80 one-time payment OR £35.80 x 10 monthly payment
Cost for a graduate of L2 who aready paid for the year is none.
Cost for a graduate of L2 who is not on the Root Flow Rise program is none but £25 admin fee is requested. Please scroll to the next section to choose this admin fee only option.
