Spirit & Bliss Level 2 in-person Training
This residential in-person training offers a unique program of level 2 to help you dive deep and fully immerse in the magic of your own being as spirit through the DANCEmandala Rituals of Intent program coached by Areeradh.
This deepening course provides many gateways for you to move toward coaching with somatic awareness and transformational embodied movement.
The course is one of the key requirements for participating in the DANCEmandala Level 3 teacher program. The teacher training program is underway and will be open by the year 2025.
Part II: Feb-May 2025
DANCEmandala Flow online practice and facilitation (optional)
This is an option for you to deepen your practice as both a dancer and facilitator on our online school platform. You will gain access to online resources and reference materials you can use for your continuous learning and teaching. There is an option to take this module on its own.
Moving mindfully into the world of artificial intelligence requires humility, awareness, and much more. But the most important is how we make and nurture the heart connections. As space and time become less of a matter with technology, we have a great opportunity to connect and thrive together.
Welcome all facilitators to participate
This Level 2 in-person offering is an opportunity for you to deepen your movement practice, visit Chiang Mai, and meet/re-union with your dancing family and new facilitators. Reconnect to your dance or continue to deepen, take time to explore newness and the spirit of this path of hearts. I hope you come back to discover the Spirit and Bliss spirals and gather together again in Dance!
Everyone who has completed Level 1 is welcome to join this training even if you don’t run a regular DANCEmandala class where you are. Your personal practice is important to me. I advise that you stay connected to your own dance. Do your dance mandala in your living room at least once a week and keep your journal as I may invite you to provide a short reflection before the start of the Level 2 course. For the level 2 people if you wish to return to discover more you’re welcome to join again too.
Outline for the next Training and Retreat
The upcoming training is a residential immersion. A dive deep and time for re-connecting, experiencing, and practicing. The are about 30 contact hours as well as dancing hours with level 1. The last day of the program is your L2 graduation festival. A detailed schedule will be provided soon.

THB 39,900 is all-inclusive of tuition, with shared room accommodation for 6 nights, all meals, and a presentation opportunity at a graduation festival.
