Who is the Program for

If you have been curious about exploring and integrating into your life a transformation movement practice such as dance meditation, healing movement art and yoga, this DANCEmandala Immersion and training is for you. To attend this program you do not need to have a lot of experience in dance, meditation or yoga. But you must have the willingness to move your body, to learn and the openness to deepen your own potential.

Program Outline

This program will assist you in developing your confidence in finding your own voice through authentic movement expressions; and encourage you to cultivate deepening awareness, inner wisdom and how to hold space and guide others. The course includes an immersion into DANCEmandala principles, methodology, elements of personal practice, facilitation skills and practicum as well as , introduction and exploration of related dance system such as Biodanza, Contact Improvisation, Qi-Gong and Yoga. Group/individual support and encouragement through sharing, reflection and mentoring are also an integral part of the learning and teaching of the program.

Training Retreats

As part of DANCEmandala practice and life style, this full training program includes two 3 days residential training and nature retreats. The retreats are scheduled during this training period. See some pictures of our 2 retreat locations below.
