Part 1 : Orientation

We meet online for Part 1 Oreientation. This serves as a foundational stage for in-person facilitator training. Upon enrollment, you will be granted exclusive access to a comprehensive set of key materials accessible online. These resources encompass both theoretical and practical components, offering a thorough exploration of the DANCEmandala Body Pathway map, coupled with engaging interactive activities.

Our collaborative learning experience will unfold through weekly Zoom video calls over 3 weeks. These sessions will feature live group practices and dedicated time for questions and answers. If you are unable to attend any session, recordings will be available for you to catch up with in your own time.


Part 2 In-person Immersion

Methodology and Facilitation Skills Part 2 provides you the skills in facilitating the DANCEmandala while simultaneously enhancing your personal practice. This segment encompasses a comprehensive study of the core foundations and methodologies of DANCEmandala, covering basic anatomy, moving meditation facilitation skills, space holder awareness, music selection strategies, and the art of crafting and planning a session. Additionally, practical application is emphasized through a dedicated practicum.

This is an in-person intensive study taking place in Thailand offering you an experience of discovery, new learning and widening of perspective.

In addition to enriching your personal journey, this program is designed to equip you with the skills to share these valuable tools with others for their healing, growth, and transformation.

.Course Overview

Part 1: Online (Begin 5th Jan)

Upon enrolment, you will gain access to our online school platform to prepare for the training. This phase includes three live training meetings conducted on Zoom.

Part 2: Residential (25 Jan – 5 Feb)

Embark on an intensive, in-person training in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Your experience will be enriched with homestay accommodation (shared room) and all meals provided.

Investment Details

Total Fee: 68,800 Thai Baht ($1930)*

This comprehensive fee covers online tuition and all-inclusive residential training, which includes shared room accommodation and three meals per day.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required six weeks before the training commencement. Flexible payment plans are available, and local rates are applicable for residents of Chiang Mai.

Certification Upon Completion

Upon successfully completing the program, you will receive certification from the DANCEmandala School for Movement Meditation. This qualification will enable you to facilitate DANCEmandala and make you eligible for insurance coverage from Westminster Insurance for Professional Indemnity and Public Liability. Areeradh K Tri-siddha

Course Teacher

Areeradh (legal name Areerat Kaewkla) is a British Wheel of Yoga accredited yoga teacher, a yoga CPD provider registered with Yoga Alliance, and has been on the path of yoga and embodied movement since 2007. Areeradh has been teaching regularly since then. Previously ran a successful yoga and self-discovery center as both the business owner/manager and lead teacher. (The Yoga Tree-Chiang, Thailand 2011-2022) She is a lifelong practitioner, and learner, as well as an earth wisdom keeper. 

Born in Thailand, lives in the UK, and is a resident of both. 

Areeradh draws together the essence of the yoga traditions and Buddhist philosophy with systematic methodology and a holistic approach to the space. She is known to be highly receptive, intuitive, and supportive in how she holds space. Her work reaches into the fields of creative expression and wellness through dance, movement, voice, art, and sacred femininity.
