There will consist of Spirit and Bliss DANCEmandala spiral maps of practice and She/He Rituals Circle Leadership Training.
Retreat to go deeper, explore and make space for your inner teacher with dance and rituals
22-27 October 2024
This five-day program consists of She/He Wisdom Circle immersion and training, Spirit and Bliss maps of DANCEmandala, nature retreat, daily gentle restorative yoga, meditation, dance, and community gatherings. All DANCEmandala graduates are welcome to participate. Take time to dive deep, rejuvenate, and refresh your body, heart, and spirit.
This program meets the requirements for participating in the DANCEmandala Level 3 teacher program. The teacher training program is underway and will be open by the year 2025.

DANCEmandala Home Studio, also the home of Areeradh will be our base. We also spend 2 days at Omwaters Floating Retreat.

Accommodation is included 5 nights from the 22nd October
Arriving by 3 pm on the 22nd and departing by 5 pm on the 27th October. Enjoy five nights of simple but comfortable accommodation in a twin bedroom in a unique homestay vibe and a floating platform.
All meals provided
Delicious home-style Thai vegetable meals are provided each day with plenty of fresh fruits and healthy treats (from dinner on the 22nd to lunch on the 27th)
Schedule
The day starts early with the morning movement of yoga practice and ends with the evening sacred circle. A detailed schedule will be provided nearer the time.
